The next seminar for preparing for the January 15, 2010 Test is this Saturday January 9, 2010. Anyone interested in attending the class must be approved for the test and pay a $75.00 fee for the seminar. The seminar is a three hour classroom setting and will cover most of the information you will need to know for the test. Though the seminar does not guarantee your test results, you will be better informed and any questions you have will be answered. Guaranteed. NOTICE to people who are about to take the Palm Beach County Process Server Test: We are offering a Free Test Preparation class for Palm Beach County Association Members ONLY. Need to brush up, have questions or simply want to prepare for the test? We have a free class taught by Jonathan Levy! The course is no charge to our members and is offered as another benefit for being a member of the Palm Beach County Process Servers Association. Sign up now as seats are limited. Licensed Private Palm Beach County Process Severs are Certified by The 15th Judicial Circuit Court Chief Judge. All Certified Process Servers a/k/a "CPS" are tested annually, licensed and bonded. All members of our association have been screened to assure licenses are up to date and the quality of the work they provide will be of the highest standards.

Palm Beach County Process Servers Association meet quarterly to discuss and review current events, ideas, new developments in the profession and will have invited guest speakers. All Members are encouraged to participate in our meetings and workshops which ultimately keeps membership informed about the most recent developments; having the by product of involvement be better services and a higher level of expertise. In addition, the board of directors meet twice a year and an overnight annual membership meeting.

The Palm Beach County Process Servers Association is actively seeking new members and invite all process servers who seek a presence in Palm Beach County Florida to join. Our association is the premier network for forwarding and receiving assignments between process servers. Our association is considered the most reliable source of local service provider for Attorneys, Legal Secretaries and Paralegal seeking to hire a private process server who will handle specific directives with assurance the service will be handled properly.

This association currently has nine members. We are anticipating over 50 new members in the next few months All members will have their business address, telephone number, address, email and website contact information listed within these pages. Members should expect an increase in new clients and networking opportunities as a result of being a member. Annual fee's are $95.00. Some Members of the Palm Beach County Certified Process Servers Association are also members of the Association of Broward County Special Process Servers

About Palm Beach County Florida

Palm Beach County has the largest land area located in the state of Florida.
