How to Join the Palm Beach County Process Servers Association

We are a new organization seeking to expand our membership with quality Licensed Process Servers and paralegal professionals seeking to become part of our growing organization. Becoming a member of the Association of Palm Beach County Process Servers has many advantages. Becoming a member guarantees you will meet other process servers, make new business contacts, get more business and be part of a respected special community of process servers and legal professionals. As a member you will always have a "place" to go for questions, new challenges and to find new ideas. All members will be asked to participate in each meeting, though not required, which is planned as a networking event to exchange ideas and to ensure overall qualitative and collective work ethics.

The annual Membership fee for 2010-2011 is $125.00 per person to join. Though each PBCPS member. may work for and or own an entity, PBCPS memberships are offered to the individual/person not the business entity. Therefore, when you join it is you, not the business that becomes a member. However, all members will have their name, company name, website, coverage areas and all pertinent contact information listed in our directory.

The initial benefits of your PBCPS membership are:

1. Monthly meetings.
2. New client opportunities.
3. Networking with licensed Process Servers.
4. Forwarding assignments with other Private Process Servers.
5. Working with policies, ethics and rules to assure high quality services.
6. Seminars, Tutorials and free advisory.
7. Ideas and Thoughts exchanged via a special "on-line" PBCPS Yahoo group.

13. Increasing your opportunities to marketing yourself on the internet.
14. Learn and earn from other PBCPS members.
15. Belong to an active group of people who care and are "family" oriented toward each member.

Memberships are available to all licensed process servers who are in good standing and do not have any past or present complaints pending in any other organization. All members are required to have a telephone number, a facsimile number and an email address is preferred. All members will be screened and, if accepted, will become active within 36 hours.

Dues are to be paid in advance of your annual membership. All membership dues are prorated from the month you are initiated into the group.
